The mission of Madonna del Sasso Parish School is to motivate, instruct and nurture children in the beliefs, practices and values of the Catholic community integrated with the highest standards of academic excellence.

School Profile

Madonna del Sasso School is a Catholic elementary school with preschool through eighth grades. We create an environment where students can experience a maturing relationship with God, themselves and others. Together with parents, the primary educators, we prepare students to become involved, responsible, and contributing members of the Church and society. The outstanding academic achievements of Madonna students are largely due to the concern of our experienced and credentialed faculty.

Curriculum

All that occurs during the school day is designed to build up the mind, body and spirit of each student. All staff members are dedicated to implementing a rigorous curriculum while nurturing the potential of every child. The curriculum is viewed as a continuum, flowing from preschool through eighth grade, each grade adding to and strengthening the knowledge and skills acquired in the previous grades. We are particularly proud of the success that our students enjoy in reading, writing and mathematics. Mindful of the importance of sound minds in sound bodies, Madonna del Sasso School offers a complete physical education curriculum at all grade levels. In addition, our students participate in the league sports of volleyball and basketball and soccer. Students can also participate in tennis, golf and track.

Madonna del Sasso Parish School is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA).

Registration Information

All preschool students are required to pay a $25.00 application/processing fee.  All K-8 students are required to pay a $50.00 application/processing fee. Registration fees of $300 for preschool students and $400 for K-8 students are due upon acceptance letter. To qualify for parishioner tuition rates, families must be registered at Madonna del Sasso Parish and using the envelopes for at least one year.
